I built this because
I wanted it to exist.
I started Zyra Clinic in 2024 as a single-provider medical spa in Redmond, Washington. I wanted to practice the kind of medicine I actually believed in — evidence-based, whole-person, preventive — without a corporate employer and without the overwhelming burden of building a practice entirely from scratch.
By January 2026, I had expanded into primary care and telemedicine. The Zyra Provider Network is the next step: opening that infrastructure to other NPs who want the same thing I wanted.

Insurance credentialing
Zyra initiates and manages your enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors. You sign — we handle the rest. Estimated 2–4 weeks to activation.
Billing & revenue cycle
Claims are submitted, tracked, and collected by third-party billing infrastructure. You document. The billing engine handles everything downstream.
EMR & telehealth platform
Full EHR setup — scheduling, SOAP templates, e-prescribing, and HIPAA-compliant messaging — configured and ready before your first patient visit.
Malpractice coverage
Professional liability insurance is included under the Zyra policy for all clinical services delivered through the platform.
Patient acquisition
Zyra markets your profile before you go live — provider bio, social media, and patient funnel. Most providers have incoming demand before their first scheduled day.
Direct access to Dr. Jade
Clinical consultation, operational support, and peer conversation — directly with the founder. Not a ticketing system. A real clinician who has done exactly what you're doing.

Submit your application below. If it's a fit, Dr. Jade will schedule a 30-minute call within 3 business days to walk through the model together.
Agreement & deposit
Sign the Provider Network Agreement and pay the $2,500 credentialing deposit. Zyra begins insurance panel enrollment immediately.
Credentialing & setup
2–4 weeks for payor enrollment. Your EMR is configured, your profile is built, and Zyra launches pre-activation marketing during this window.
Activate & see patients
Pay remaining $2,500, gain full platform access, open your schedule. Patients are ready. Your first biweekly payment follows two weeks after your first collected claim.
The founder investment
The $5,000 founder investment covers credentialing setup, platform onboarding, EMR configuration, malpractice initiation, and a full pre-launch marketing build before you see your first patient.
This is a business investment — not a fee. Everything it covers would cost significantly more to build independently.
