The best lip filler makes people want to know your skincare routine, not your injector.

Zyra Approach

What We Believe

Lips are one of the most expressive features on the face. We treat them with the precision they deserve — always working within your anatomy, never against it.

The Zyra Approach

Our Philosophy
I.

Anatomy First

We map your lip anatomy before we open a syringe — assessing the vermilion border, cupid's bow, philtrum columns, and natural volume distribution to understand what enhancement will serve you best.

II.

Proportional Harmony

We work with your facial proportions, not against them. Volume is placed where it enhances your natural ratios — never forcing a shape that doesn't belong to your face.

III.

Less, Then More

We under-treat deliberately on your first session. Starting conservatively lets your lips settle into the product naturally — and gives you the confidence to ask for more if you want it.

Treatment Options

Lip Filler

RHA Collection

We exclusively use RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) filler for lip enhancement — a next-generation HA formulated to move with your lips rather than resist them. Unlike conventional fillers, RHA is engineered to withstand the constant dynamic movement of the mouth, maintaining a soft, natural feel at rest and in motion. The result is volume and definition that looks lived-in, not placed.

Lip Flip

Neuromodulator

A small amount of neuromodulator placed in the orbicularis oris muscle gently relaxes the upper lip, allowing it to unfurl and appear fuller — without adding any volume. An ideal first step for patients who want subtlety, or a complement to filler for added definition.

  • Avoid extreme heat, exercise, and alcohol for 24 hours
  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated the first night

Common Questions

Will my lips look obviously done?

Not with our approach. We prioritize natural movement and proportional enhancement over volume. Most patients receive compliments on how rested or healthy they look — not on their lips specifically.

Can lip filler be dissolved if I don't like it?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase at any time. We offer this service and consider it part of responsible filler practice — not a complication.

How much filler do I need?

Most patients start with 0.5–1ml. We'll discuss this at your consultation based on your anatomy and goals. We'd rather have you come back for a little more than overdo it the first time.

Does it hurt?

Lips are sensitive. We use topical numbing cream and fillers that contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort. Most patients find it very tolerable. The whole treatment takes 15–30 minutes.

How long until I can wear lipstick?

We recommend waiting 24 hours before applying lipstick or lip products to the treated area to allow the injection sites to close and reduce infection risk.
