Your provider will follow up with results, coordinate referrals, and remain accessible between visits via our patient portal.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact us before your appointment to verify coverage. We also offer transparent self-pay rates for uninsured patients.

Can I see the same provider each visit?

Yes — that is central to how we practice. Continuity of care matters, and you will be matched with a dedicated provider from your first visit.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Many follow-up visits, medication refills, and chronic disease check-ins can be done via telehealth for your convenience.

Can I combine primary care with aesthetic or weight loss services?
